Magna Solutions designed and implemented a solution for ITVitae in which the core systems are housed in a private cloud environment within the data center environment where Magna Solutions is located, enabling the organization to move away from local server dependency. Simultaneously, the on-site communication space was reconfigured with an optimized network structure, professionally equipped equipment rooms, central connectivity, remote monitoring, and a preparatory migration of legacy systems. The local racks now primarily contain network components such as switches, while the servers run virtually in the data center. This ensures a clear separation between workplace connectivity and application hosting, thereby delivering a stable, future-proof IT architecture.
From server room to cloud strategy with proactive monitoring
The migration to the Magna Solutions data center represented a significant step towards centralization and modernization for ITVitae. By moving away from local servers and opting for a model where only connectivity is required on-site, ITVitae benefits from reduced internal management burden, higher system availability, improved monitoring, a higher security standard, and easier scalability of the IT environment.
Simultaneously, the existing telephony server is being phased out and prepared for a modern solution within the new infrastructure architecture. Thanks to proactive remote monitoring, Magna Solutions continuously monitors the performance of the network and servers, ensuring that deviations are detected and resolved early, before users experience any disruption. This provides ITVitae with peace of mind and certainty: the IT environment supports the organization, rather than the other way around.

A special aspect of this environment is that not only ITVitae benefits from the infrastructure: in the same building, approximately ten other organizations use the same internet service via Magna Solutions.
